  Servers where down! Waiters where not taking orders not even the old way (where you take order from a notepad). Servers where telling customers that they can't take orders since the system was down. Yet, the Manager was accommodating his gf but not accommodating clients that where waiting. Once, I finally was able to put in my order my wings came cold! They where no were near warm!

  I like BWW for their selection of food and beverage. However what lacks at this particular location is good service. I would like to see some good happy hour menus, which they don't have here.
