  Pretty good burgers. There were three of us and we all ordered the cheeseburger combo which included fries and a drink. Service was fast and the burgers were hot and good. In my opinion they're similar to In and Out but the fries are way better here. The beef patty looks as if they make them on site.

  Overpriced and overrated food. We wanted to try a Basque restaurant since we were in Bakersfield and this one had great reviews, but were disappointed. The place is dark and eerily quiet as it has no music playing. There are plastic sheaths over the tablecloths, even though you're paying $15-20 a plate, making it feel like a diner. The salad was just some greens saturated in dressing. Everything tasted like it was out of a box or can. The scampi is $17 for five pieces of shrimp drenched in sauce without pasta. As mentioned in another review, the bread is a stale loaf you could get at any grocer. We did not stay for dessert, so cannot comment on that, but overall were not impressed. We will not be coming back.
